TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
This service is a online authentication service that makes it easy for you to sign in to web sites.
For convenience, we will refer to the content on http://www.signmein.co.za as the "Web Site." We will refer to the content available on the Web Site as well as the service it describes as "the Service." For the purposes of the Service, "activation" or "activate" refers to the process in terms of which you sign in to the service with an e-mail domain owned by us eg. iafrica, netactive or mweb. For the purposes of the Service, registration refers to the process in terms of which you sign in to the service with an e-mail address the particular domain of which is not owned by us eg. worldonline.
Portions of the Service may be governed by other guidelines, rules, or other terms or conditions. All such guidelines, rules, and terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between such other guidelines, rules and terms and conditions and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall supersede the others. However, the Service's Privacy Statement, supersedes any conflicting language in these Terms of Use and/or any other guidelines, rules, and terms and conditions published on the Service with respect to the subject matter covered by the Privacy Statement.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
We may wish to update or change the terms, conditions and notices for the Service from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, changes in the laws affecting the Service, or for other good reasons. You understand that we reserve the right to make these changes and that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices. Continued access to or use of the Service after any such change shall constitute your consent to such change. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that change or improve the Service shall be subject to the Terms of Use, as modified from time to time.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are required to register/activate, as the case may be, to use the Service. You must update this information as necessary in order to keep it current. In particular, it is extremely important to inform the Service of any changes to your e-mail address failing which a subsequent owner thereof may be able to register for the Service with that address resulting in you having to reset your profiles at various sites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e-mail address and password. We are not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized person using your password.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Service, you agree that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms of Use. You also may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any person's personal information, computer systems or networks associated with the Service. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.

These Terms of Use apply to you whenever you access or use any aspect of the Service. When you use the Service to gain access to any participating site or service, the terms and conditions associated with that site or service may also apply to you. Neither we nor our respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timelines, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on or obtained through the Service for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We and our respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall we and/or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service, with the delay or inability to use the Service, the provision of or failure to provide the Service, or for any information, software, products obtained through the Service, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we or any of our suppliers have been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Service, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign in to the Service for an extended period of time, as determined by us. Upon termination of your Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
GENERAL
These terms of use constitute a legal agreement between you and MultiChoice Subscriber Management Services (Pty) Ltd ("MWEB") (herein referred to as we or us). You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms of Use in order to access or use the Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the RSA and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction thereof in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service.
